Buffalo man charged with molesting NT teenager

LOCKPORT – A Buffalo man is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail after being arraigned Tuesday in Niagara County Court on an indictment that accuses him of sexually molesting a 16-year-old boy last Dec. 8 in North Tonawanda.

Cornell D. Dennis, 36, of Genesee Street, pleaded not guilty to two counts each of first- and third-degree criminal sexual act.

Assistant District Attorney Robert A. Zucco said Dennis and the boy allegedly met in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant in the City of Tonawanda, and there’s surveillance video showing them walking past a North Tonawanda business.
