WARSAW – The woman found dead in a house on Borden Avenue in the Village of Perry Saturday was identified as 33-year-old Desirae Withey by Wyoming County District Attorney Donald G. O’Geen Monday.
O’Geen said his office will issued a press release about the status of the investigation into the death at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
An autopsy was performed at the Monroe County Medical Examiner’s office in Rochester, but O’Geen did not disclose the cause of death Monday.
O’Geen would not disclose if foul play is suspected in the death Monday.
The suspicious circumstances in the death of the woman remained under investigation by the district attorney’s office, the State Police and Perry Village police Monday.
