A Cattaraugus County man shot two of his neighbors dogs, killing one of them, state police said.
Theodore J. Robinson Jr., 48, shot the dogs Jan. 25 and dragged the dead dog into the woods to prevent it from being found. He is charged with animal cruelty
Robinson, of the Town of Humphrey, was arrested Tuesday. In addition to two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals, he was also charged with evidence tampering.
He was arraigned in Ellicottville Village Court and released with an upcoming appearance scheduled in Humphrey Town Court.
