National Fuel Gas Co. named John R. Pustulka chief operating officer of National Fuel Gas Company and David P. Bauer president of National Fuel Gas Supply Corp. Pustulka joined the company in 1974. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from Canisius College. Bauer, who joined National Fuel in 2001, earned a bachelor’s degree at Boston College. In addition, the company named Carl M. Carlotti president of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corp. Carlotti joined the company in 1985. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Gannon University and a law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Canisius College appointed Elizabeth A. Gill dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. Gill is currently director of the Honors Program and director of the Women’s Leadership Network at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Va. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas; a master’s degree from Yale University; and a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Texas, Austin.

Bank of Akron named Anthony J. Delmonte Jr. executive vice president and chief operating officer. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from Canisius College.

Brisbane Consulting Group promoted William P. Allen to principal. Allen, a CPA who joined the agency in 2012, graduated from Le Moyne College.

L&M Financial promoted Richard Kohl to vice president of business operations. Kohl, who joined the company in 2003, is a Bryant & Stratton College graduate.

Chakra Communications appointed Peter J. Banks director of business development. Banks holds an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland.

Scheid Architectural appointed Veronica Bassano director of interior design. Bassano holds a bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Kaleida Health named Victoria Belniak associate general counsel for corporate risk management. Belniak is a Hamilton College graduate with her JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law.

The Mental Health Association of Erie County appointed Duncan R. McNeill an attorney in its legal services and advocacy program. He graduated from the University of Sheffield School of Law in the UK. Also, the association named April V. Anawalk a paralegal and Dorethea Franklin a Family Court liaison/social worker. Anawalk graduated from Bryant & Stratton College. Franklin received a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo and master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.

CORE Environmental Consultants named Mary Ann Rood business and marketing manager, and Benedict Wolfling a junior engineer. Rood is a graduate of Canisius College. Wolfling is a University at Buffalo graduate.

Phillips Lytle named Joseph C. Smith an associate. Smith received his bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College and his JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law.

Webster Szanyin named Heather Dechert an associate. Dechert graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law. She previously was with Jones Day in Cleveland.

Evans Bank appointed Mary Cummings to assistant vice president. Cummings joined the bank in October 2014 and currently serves as the branch manager of the bank’s Clarence location. Cummings also served four years of active duty in the U. S. Marine Corps with Marine Wing Support Squadron 273, Beaufort, S.C.
