Menu unveiled for Wayno's BBQ Buffalo pop-up

Wayno's BBQ is coming to Resurgence Brewing Co. on Jan. 30 to sell smoked meat until it's gone.

A fledgling smoked meat operation run by Wade Starnes of Hamburg, Wayno's doesn't have a restaurant. Wayno's smoked beef ribs, brisket and more have so far only been available at the Hamburg Farmers Market. His work has earned him a following of barbecue fans, though.

Starnes' first Buffalo retail experience will start at 2 p.m. Jan. 30, at the brewery, 1250 Niagara St.

TACOS

BRISKET TACO – Brisket topped with pickled onions, Barrel + Brine pickles, & espresso BBQ sauce. $4

PULLED PORK TACO – Pulled pork topped with our vinegar slaw & espresso BBQ sauce. $4

SANDWICHES

BRISKET SANDWICH – Brisket with pickled onions, Barrel + Brine pickles, & espresso BBQ sauce. Served with a side of your choice. $8

PULLED PORK SANDWICH – Pulled pork topped with our vinegar slaw & espresso BBQ sauce. Served with a side of your choice. $8

PLATES

BRONTOSAURUS BEEF RIB – Whoa daddy! One of the best bites of BBQ you’ll ever have. A large bone-in beef short rib to gnaw on, carry around the brewery, and impress. Served with a side of your choice. $10

COMBINATION PLATTER – Helping of both Brisket and Pulled Pork with slaw, pickled onions, and pickles and tortillas. Served with a side of your choice. $12
