A 38-year-old Town of Tonawanda man was arrested for drunken driving and other charges on Clarendon Place about 12:45 a.m. Tuesday.
Brian C. Warren was stopped after police allegedly saw him repeatedly drive past traffic devices and stop signs on Chapin Parkway. Warren was found to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.12 percent, over the state’s legal limit. He was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle because of a revoked driver’s license, unlawful possession of marijuana, consumption of alcohol in a vehicle, failing to stop at stop signs and first-degree unlawful dealing with a child because he had an 18-year-old passenger in his vehicle. He faces Buffalo City Court proceedings.
