Summit Federal Credit Union on Delaware Avenue robbed

Buffalo Police are seeking the man who robbed the Summit Federal Credit Union at noontime Monday with a written threat of having “a bomb.”

The suspect, described by an official of the credit union as being anywhere from 25 to 35 years old and standing 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build, put an undisclosed amount of cash in his backpack and then fled north through the building’s parking lot at 2290 Delaware Ave. about 12:45 p.m. Monday.
