DUNKIRK – A 27-year-old Forestville man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a Fredonia area woman’s Social Security identification card and using it on $751.80 in purchases, State Police announced Monday.

Jonathan Eggleston was arrested after an investigation of the alleged victim’s complaint to State Police in December. He faces proceedings on the felony charges Feb. 1 in Dunkirk Town Court.
