Attorney’s effort to portray Hoskins as ‘broke’ is a joke
My wife and I find it very disheartening that money we have donated to the SPCA is needed to fight people with unlimited funds in the Beth Lynne Hoskins case. Apparently, the judge in this case does not see or refuses to acknowledge that he is being scammed. This certainly is not equal justice for all.
Hoskins’ attorney expects us to feel sorry for her because she has to “get by” on $1,000 a week from her family. A majority of Erie County residents would love to have this problem. Also, poor Hoskins has to pay $2,500 a month to rent a house. The last time I checked there are many houses and apartments available for under $1,000 a month. Apparently the rich and spoiled do not have to live within their means, like the rest of society.
