Four facing drug charges after hunt for alleged parole violator

ASHVILLE – Four people are facing drug charges after State Police and Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies discovered methamphetamine and a quantity of pills when they went to a Wall Street address about 9 p.m. Thursday in search of an alleged parole violator, authorities said.

Gregg Morrison, 38, of Ashville is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and violation of parole.

Others charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance are McKenzie T. Paulson, 23, of Dearing Avenue, Jamestown; Sarah M. Short, 26, of Button Valley Road, Panama; and Denver J. Komenda, 40, of View Coat Road, Jamestown.

The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and Jamestown Police K9 Mitchell assisted in the investigation.
