Monroe County man arrested for tailgating Orleans deputy’s car

ALBION – A 43-year-old man from Hamlin in Monroe County was arrested Thursday for allegedly driving while impaired and tailgating an Orleans County sheriff deputy’s car on State Route 104 in the Town of Murray.

Brian M. Miller, who also allegedly had been swerving over the center lane, was finally stopped by Deputy Martin Stirk about 12:48 p.m. After field tests and an evaluation at the sheriff’s office, Miller was charged with felony driving while ability impaired by drugs and failing to keep right.
