LOCKPORT – Four years in state prison was the sentence Friday for a second-time felon from Niagara Falls who brought a handgun to a woman’s house while she was on probation and home with her child.
Nicholas P. Levick, 32, of Ninth Street, also faces five years of post-release supervision, Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon ordered.
Levick pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree criminal possession of a weapon in the wake of an April 19 incident at the home of Angelina E. Wilson, 26, of Niagara Street in the Falls.
A probation officer visited Wilson, who was on probation in an assault case, and found Levick, the gun and a supply of marijuana. Wilson pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child and drew a three-year probation term for that from Sheldon Friday.
