In addition to the felony DWI, police charged Carson with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device; misdemeanor aggravated unlicensed operation; driving an unregistered motor vehicle; driving without insurance; driving with switched license plates, speeding and refusing to submit to a breath test.
He was being held on $750 bail.
