Orchard Park police said Thursday that they are continuing to investigate other possible store thefts by three sharply dressed Dunkirk men arrested Tuesday afternoon in the Kohls store parking lot with more than $2,500 in clothing and electronic gear. Mark Waclawski, 27, Brian Lidlow, 34, and Christopher Izzo, 32, were taken into custody after Kohls security contacted police. Officers caught Izzo as he was running to the car occupied by Waclawski and Lidlow.
When Izzo was handcuffed he was allegedly wearing some of the clothing he and his two cohorts allegedly stole from the department store. In addition to more than $1,300 in clothing recovered from the three suspects, officers also reported finding more than $1,200 in electronic gear stolen earlier in the day from a local Target store. Lidlow and Izzo currently face charges of grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and conspiracy. Waclawski is currently charged with conspiracy and criminal possession of stolen property.
