LOCKPORT – An admitted Lockport methamphetamine maker, who was arrested again a month after pleading guilty to a meth felony, was jailed without bail Wednesday by Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon.
Vincent E. McCabe, 35, of Elmira Street, pleaded guilty Dec. 7 to having meth and equipment to produce it in his home when police raided it on Jan. 14, 2015.
He also was arrested after a Nov. 29 police chase in North Tonawanda, where officers said they found meth-making gear in his vehicle.
Assistant District Attorney John P. Granchelli said McCabe was arrested again after a Jan. 4 raid on the Elmira Street home, where more meth and equipment allegedly were discovered. McCabe is to be sentenced Feb. 4 in the first of the cases.
