A new wellness challenge with $1,000 in prizes at two Hamburg fitness centers, a new High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class in Cheektowaga and tai chi options in Buffalo and the Town of Tonawanda are among this week’s healthy WNY Refresh Top 10 Calendar Picks of the Week.
