DUNKIRK – For the second time in less than six months, a Fredonia man ate at an Applebees but stiffed the restaurant.
Kerry Anderson, 48, faces theft of services charges after the incident at the Vineyard Drive eatery on Sunday, State Police said.
During their investigation, State Police found Anderson also had a meal at the restaurant in August for $17.03 but his debit card payment was declined.
After he was arraigned in Fredonia Village Court, Anderson was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on $2,000 cash bail. He’s due back in court Jan. 27.
