Two men were arrested late Wednesday in Cazenovia Park, one of them for illegally driving his car on the grass and the other for trying to interfere with police questioning the car driver.
Christopher Marks, 32, of Pries Street, was ordered out of his car after police officers saw him driving on the grass and damaging it. As Marks was arguing with the officers Michael Retzer, 38, of Edson Street, reportedly went over to the vehicle and allegedly interfered with the questioning of Marks.
Police reported finding 13 bags of marijuana in Marks’ vehicle. Marks was charged with a felony count of third-degree criminal mischief, obstructing governmental administration and unlawful possession of marijuana. Retzer was charged with four counts of disorderly conduct and obstructing governmental administration.
