ELLINGTON – State Police charged a Cherry Creek man with aggravated unlicensed operation and drug possession after a traffic stop on Monday.
Authorities said Terrence A. Musall, 30, was stopped on Bentley Hill Road when police found his driver’s license had been revoked for a previous driving while intoxicated conviction. That conviction required an ignition lock device, which Musall did not have, police said.
Musall was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, using a vehicle with no interlock device, criminal possession of a controlled substance, having a forged inspection sticker, as well as other vehicle and traffic violations.
He was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail on $1,000 bail.
