Four injured in crash of Buffalo Police vehicle and Jeep

Four people were injured about 1 p.m. Wednesday in the crash of a Buffalo Police vehicle headed to a 911 call and a Jeep at Dodge Street and Roehrer Avenue.

Lt. Thomas Leatherbarrow of the Accident Investigation Unit said the 2005 Jeep was northbound on Roehrer and the police vehicle westbound Dodge when the crash occurred. The officer and three passengers in the Jeep were treated in Erie County Medical Center, then released.

No charges have been filed. The investigation is continuing.
