ELLICOTT – A 31-year-old Celoron woman was jailed without bail Wednesday night hours after an early-evening raid on the alleged methamphetamine lab she was accused of operating in her apartment.
Kimberly L. Ferguson of Dunham Avenue was arrested about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force following a raid on her flat at 66 Dunham Avenue. She was charged with third-degree unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine and agents of the task force reported finding a quantity of meth oil, precursors for the production of meth and lab equipment in her flat. Following her arraignment in Ellicott Town Court she was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in Mayville without bail pending further court proceedings. A State Police decontamination unit was called to Ferguson’s flat after she was taken into custody.
