LOCKPORT – A Hartland woman pleaded not guilty in State Supreme Court Tuesday to an indictment accusing her of driving with a blood-alcohol content nearly 3½ times the legal threshold for intoxication.

Lisa D. Morris, 50, of Ridge Road, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a felony. Police measured her blood-alcohol content at .27 percent after she was arrested Sept. 30 in the City of Lockport. Anything over .08 percent is considered legal intoxication.
