Proposals from the two developers interested in building homes on the vacant city-owned land along Little League Drive are posted on the city’s website, ci.tonawanda.ny.us, under the News & Announcements tab.
Brownstone Homes and David Homes presented their proposals during a public information session in late September. A comparison of estimated tax revenue from each proposal is also posted.
Mayor Rick Davis said he will follow up this week with a robo-call survey of residents asking their preference.
• The Common Council meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday in City Hall, 200 Niagara St. An informal session begins at 6. The council will consider a resolution to name the city courtroom after retiring Judge Joseph J. Cassata.
