Danielle M. Ruffino and John D. Grzymala were married at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 24 in St. Joseph Cathedral, Buffalo. Guests gathered for a reception at the Columns Banquet Facility, Elma. The Rev. Andrew Kozminski of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Swormville, and a friend of the groom, heard the couple’s vows. The bride’s parents are Sarah and Ronald Ruffino Sr. of Lancaster. The bridegroom’s parents are Henry J. and Nancy A. Grzymala of Cheektowaga. The bride, a graduate of Lancaster High School, earned a bachelor of science degree in education from St. Bonaventure University and also earned a master’s degree in literacy from St. Bonaventure. The bride is a teacher for students with special needs at the Summit Center. The groom, a graduate of West Seneca East High School, earned a bachelor of science degree in physical education and health from Canisius College and also earned a master’s degree in physical education and health from Canisius College. The groom is a teacher and athletic director at Royalton-Hartland High School. After a trip to Aruba, the couple will make their home in Town of Lockport.
