The third annual Shop South Buffalo event will showcase nearly 40 merchants in the shopping districts on Abbot Road, Seneca Street and South Park Avenue.
The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday. A complimentary shuttle will take shoppers from one shopping district to another, and merchants will be running special promotions and discounts. Storefronts will be decorated for Christmas and Santa Claus will be making the rounds.
It starts at the Buffalo Irish Center, 245 Abbott Road, with live music from Pure Magic, Mount Mercy Academy’s show choir, beginning at 5 p.m. The evening will end with a gathering at the new Doc Sullivan’s, 474 Abbott Road, with live music and a free basket raffle.
