Niagara Falls woman faces DWI charge

TOWN OF NIAGARA – Jennifer M. Borsellino, 35, of Niagara Falls, was charged with driving while intoxicated Friday in the Town of Niagara after she was observed driving erratically and refused to take a breathalyzer test, State Police said.

Borsellino was stopped on Porter Road, and transported to State Police barracks, where she refused a breathalyzer test.

Steven J. Villont, 44, also of Niagara Falls, was arrested on Niagara Falls Boulevard by State Police Friday, who charged him with possessing a prescription bottle containing hydrocodone without a prescription.
