Hillery Park rape suspect charged with another sexual assault

The man charged in the Hillery Park rape and questioned about a forcible-touching incident from last year has now been charged in a sexual assault case from 2013.

Timothy DiCenzo, who jumped out a third-story window at Buffalo Police Headquarters during questioning earlier this month, faces a charge of first-degree rape in connection with this third case, Buffalo police said.

DiCenzo, 33, appeared in court last Friday on charges related to a daylight rape Nov. 3 in South Buffalo’s Hillery Park.

Investigators have been working closely with the Central Police Services Lab and the Erie County District Attorney’s Office on crimes DiCenzo may have previously committed, police said.
