Brick used to break into a vehicle in Falls

NIAGARA FALLS – A Niagara Falls woman said her car’s rear window was smashed while it was parked in the 1300 block of James Avenue between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Police found glass in and around the vehicle and a large piece of concrete on the floor in the rear of the car which was believed to have been used in the break-in.

Reported stolen was a Coach purse which contained a driver’s license and passport, as well as Ugg boots, a textbook and medication. Total loss and damage were estimated at $1,200.
