Store employee charged with stealing lottery tickets, cigarettes

GASPORT – A convenience store employee on Thursday was charged with stealing while on the job, according to State Police.

Harley S. Miller, 20, of Gasport, was charged with petit larceny for allegedly stealing approximately $135 worth of lottery tickets and cigarettes over an unspecified time period while he was employed at Crosby’s gas station and convenience store in Gasport.

Miller was issued an appearance ticket to return to Royalton Town Court on Nov. 12.
