A Lackawanna man with two drunken driving convictions and a suspended driver’s license faces another driving while intoxicated charge.
Donald E. Kill, 60, was charged Wednesday with felony DWI, Orchard Park police said.
At about 5:50 p.m., someone at the Mercy Ambulatory Care Center on Southwestern Boulevard told police an intoxicated man was trying to leave the facility. Kill’s vehicle was seen by police crossing the double-yellow line on Webster Road a short time later, police said.
In addition to the drunk driving charge, Kill was also charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
Kill was convicted of misdemeanor DWI in March 2010 and felony DWI in March 2011, Orchard Park police said.
At his arraignment in Orchard Park Town Court, bail was set at $1,000.
