Traffic infractions lead to marijuana charge

A 29-year-old Williamsville man was charged by State Police with marijuana possession after he was pulled over for an allegedly dangerous exit from a business parking lot Tuesday at Main and Transit Road in Clarence.

Vladislav Katz was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a quantity was allegedly found in his vehicle. He was also charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle due to an earlier license revocation and a number of traffic law infractions. He faces proceedings in Clarence Town Court in several weeks.
