Wheatfield man jailed after using soldier brother’s name during traffic stop

TOWN OF NIAGARA – A Wheatfield man has been accused of giving State Police his brother’s name during a traffic stop on Monday, a brother who is on active duty in Afghanistan.

Christopher N. Litten, 25, faces a misdemeanor charge of criminal impersonation and was ticketed for using a portable electronic device.

After he was arraigned in Niagara Town Court, he was remanded to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
