LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man was arraigned in State Supreme Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with selling more than a half-ounce of cocaine to a police informant Sept. 11 in the Falls.

Dairous Stephens, 27, of Eighth Street, pleaded not guilty to second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, along with two counts of third-degree possession.

State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. set bail at $2,500 for Stephens, who is also in custody on an unrelated charge from Niagara Falls City Court.
