WARSAW – A 29-year-old Dansville man was arrested for drunken driving and resisting Wyoming County Sheriff’s deputies after he was found in his vehicle off the road along State Route 19A in the Town of Genesee Falls about 3:13 a.m. Saturday.
Raistlin M. Ormsby was charged with driving while intoxicated after he failed field sobriety tests and then registered a blood-alcohol level of 0.17 percent, more than twice the state’s legal limit. He was also charged with moving from a lane unsafely, and driving with a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.08 or higher.
When taken back to the Wyoming county Sheriff’s Office here he allegedly began disobeying deputies and tried to walk out of the building before he was physically restrained. He was then also charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. He faces proceedings in both the Warsaw Village Court and the Genesee Falls Town Court in several weeks.
