Grant street man arrested in shoplifting caper also faces drug charges

A Grant Street man was arrested on drug and charges as he walked out of the Save-A-Lot store at 98 Grant St. about 1:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Francisco Lanzo, 25, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and petit larceny. Police said Lanzo had shoplifted items worth $20, and he was found with a crack pipe with residue and two hypodermic needles.
