Buffalo Bills rookie running back Karlos Williams is one of five finalists for the NFL's Pepsi Rookie of the Week award.
It's the second time this season the Bills have had a finalist for the award, following cornerback Ronald Darby's nomination in Week One.
Williams ran 12 times for 110 yards, including a 41-yard touchdown, in a 41-14 win over Miami in Week Three. Among players with at least 19 rushing attempts this season, Williams leads the NFL in average yards per carry, at 7.8.
The other four finalists this week are:
• Jordan Hicks: The Eagles' linebacker had 10 tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery in a 24-17 win against the New York Jets.
• Amari Cooper: The Raiders' receiver had eight catches for 134 yards in a 27-20 win over Cleveland.
• Tyler Lockett: The Seahawks' receiver returned a kickoff 105 yards for a touchdown in a 26-0 win over Chicago.
• Kwon Alexander: The Buccaneers' linebacker had 10 tackles, two passes defensed and an interception in a 19-9 loss to Houston.
