LEWISTON – The Rivershore Foundation will celebrate its 35th annivesary gala at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday with a dinner, entertainment and a silent auction in Niagara Falls Country Club. All proceeds benefit Rivershore programs.
The Rev. Joseph L. Levesque, president emeritus of Niagara University, serves as the honorary chairman and MaryAlice Demler of WGRZ-TV, Channel 2, will be the master of ceremonies. Entertainment will be provided by Artisan’s Edge, a group of musicians, actors and artists supported by Rivershore.
Rivershore was founded in 1980 to help people living with disabilities pursue and achieve a meaningful life. Its staff of 125 supports 200 people living with disabilities in 15 locations, as well as in additional residential facilities.
Tickets may be purchased at $100 per person or donations may be made to the silent auction by calling 754-7272, ext 18.
