The Olive Garden restaurant destroyed by fire last year in Blasdell will reopen Monday.
The newly rebuilt, 7,680-square-foot Italian chain restaurant is located at 3701 McKinley Parkway. It was rebuilt using the company’s latest design concept, which features a stacked-stone entry tower bearing the restaurant’s redesigned logo, as well as an updated interior decor package.
The restaurant will employ 150 people, 20 of whom worked at the restaurant before the fire. It is still seeking additional employees, who can apply online at OliveGarden.com/careers.
The store seats 260 people. Its manager is Celine Mann, a Blasdell native and 20-year Olive Garden veteran.
