No criminal charges in Boston hit-run that killed woman and her dog

No criminal charges will be filed in the May 23 hit-and-run that killed a 68-year-old Town of Boston woman, State Police announced Thursday.

Dorothy Solomon and her dog were killed when they were struck and killed by a vehicle as they walked along Ward Road. The vehicle left the scene.
