The Buffalo Bills continue to get healthier. At Thursday's practice, rookie linebacker Tony Steward (knee) and wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (ribs) both worked out with a trainer to the side. While neither practiced, their returns may be nearing.
Steward, who injured his MCL against Pittsburgh, was hoping to be back this week but that may still be a stretch.
Goodwin had stayed healthy most of training camp before his injury, and did enough to make the 53-man roster over younger challengers. He ran sprints at a fast pace during the portion of practice open to reporters Thursday.
Elsewhere, wide receiver Percy Harvin (hip) returned after his rest day.
