Niagara Falls man takes plea in warehouse break-in

LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man pleaded guilty to a felony count of third-degree criminal mischief Wednesday in connection with an Aug. 4, 2014, burglary at a warehouse in Niagar Falls.

Bryan Harvey, 28, of 59th Street, agreed to pay $5,000 in restitution to Ashland Advanced Materials. State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. scheduled sentencing for Nov. 10, and could give Harvey up to four years behind bars. Charges remain open against Harvey’s co-defendant, Garrett M. Schinabeck, 32, of Rhode Island Avenue, Town of Niagara.
