Thirty emigrants to become U.S. citizens Monday

Thirty people who emigrated from 16 countries will become United States citizens Monday morning.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Leslie G. Foschio will preside at a special session of U.S. District Court at the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural National Historic Site on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo, where he will administer the Oath of Allegiance.

The candidates for citizenship include former residents of Asia, Africa, South America and the United Kingdom.
