Niagara Falls man pleads guilty to federal drug charge

Percy Hilson, Jr., 27, of Niagara Falls, pleaded guilty Wednesday before Chief U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci Jr. to a federal cocaine distribution charge. Assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony M. Bruce said Hilson, who was arrested for a cocaine sale to a never-identified man in Niagara Falls last Dec. 10 when Hilson was on Federal supervised-release as a result of a prior conviction, faces a prison term of up to 20 years when he is sentenced Dec. 4.

Hilson was arrested by the Niagara County Drug Task Force overseen by Sheriff James Voutour with assistance from the Federal DEA.
