NIAGARA FALLS – Two men were charged after police were alerted by a member of Niagara Falls Angels’ community watch on 19th Street at 7:49 p.m. Monday.
The community watch member said he observed a man with no shirt chasing and yelling threats at a man dressed as a woman. Both men were charged.
William D. Bracy, 31, of East Ferry Avenue and Donny Hugh Nixon, Jr., 44, of 19th Street were both charged with third-degree menacing.
A woman friend of Nixon said the man dressed as a woman, identified as Bracy, went into the yard and poured a can of beer over the head of Nixon and threw the beer can at him, striking him in the head. A chase ensued and this is what the community watch member observed.
Bracy told police Nixon was menacing him and he wanted him charged. Police described Bracy as uncooperative and intoxicated.
