Rich Products’ executives from five continents have converged at its Buffalo headquarters this week for a two-day symposium, in conjunction with the company’s 70th anniversary.
The grand team building event will focus on future trends and business strategy for the company’s and Buffalo’s renaissance.
Global Leader Network Symposium was held Monday in Rich’s renovated Innovation Center on Niagara Street. Key speakers include Fareed Zakaria, the CNN host and Washington Post contributor, who is recognized authority on global events, with a special focus on the world’s perception of the U.S.A.
Monday symposium also included speakers Dov Seidman, author of the award-winning book, “HOW: Why HOW We Do Anything Means Everything,” founder, chairman and CEO of LRN, a management firm focusing on ethics and compliance; and Moira Dorsey, vice president and group director of Forrester Research.
On Tuesday, the leaders will visit and volunteer at 17 local charity organizations, including West Buffalo Charter School, The Belle Center, Western New York United and Westminster Economic Development (WEDI).
