A Grand Island woman suffered injuries not considered life-threatening early Friday after a car crashed into a concrete barrier and went down a 50-foot embankment, fire officials said.
Tracey Magone, 37, was found about 1 a.m. Friday in a car that went past a detour sign on a section of Bedell Road undergoing construction. It’s not clear if she was the driver of the car, according to the Grand Island Fire Company.
However, responders found Magone alone inside the car, “which had flipped,” according to the report. Magone was transported to Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo.
