Not all employees are duly rewarded for their good work
It amazes me how some employers take their dedicated, hard-working employees for granted. Employees with more than 25 years of service at the same location, who show up on time every day, dress nicely, do what they are told (not asked), never talk back or stand up to management and then get passed up time after time for promotions that they are highly qualified for. While other employees who call in often and are not very productive continue to collect a paycheck and then get promoted.
To all my hard-working fellow employees, I know it’s not much, but I salute you, and appreciate you. Keep up the good work. You will be rewarded when you escape this place.
