East Aurora’s 46th annual Street Festival and Sidewalk Sale gets a musical launch at 9:30 a.m. Saturday with musicians and Mary Burt singing the National Anthem on Main Street.
The day’s highlights include 100 vendors selling wares. Also featured are chalk murals, Irish dancing, a blood drive, martial arts demonstrations and a car display.
Vintage Fisher-Price toys will be available for sale at the Collectors Club show and sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Immanuel Lutheran Church, Pine Street. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. young entrepreneurs from 6 to 15 will sell things, with coaching help from members of the Chamber of Commerce, who helped students with business plans and customer service tips.
