A Buffalo man is charged with second-degree murder in the death of a 62-year-old man who was stabbed on Titus Street Dec. 17.
Wayne Wilson, 37, of Bailey Avenue was arraigned on a sealed indictment before Senior Erie County Judge Michael L. D’Amico. Wilson is accused of killing Lewis Browning of Smith Street, who died at Erie County Medical Center after the attack.
Wilson also has a pending indictment in another case for first-degree robbery. The robbery and murder charges each carry a possible sentence of 25 years to life in prison if he is convicted.
