MAYVILLE — A woman was charged Monday in connection with a spate of June burglaries in the Village of Sherman, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Rachel A. Blanchard, 33, of Sherman was charged with five counts of fourth-degree possession of stolen property.
Police said cash, credit cards, jewelry and other items were stolen during the burglaries. Blanchard was in possession of several of the credit cards reported stolen, the Sheriff’s Office said.
She used the cards at a Kwik Fill in the Town of Pomfret, police said.
